Gr. Why do some guys think it's OK to be topless on the train?! It's not even that hot out today! And it's always the skinny scrawny dudes that do this. Never the ones who are actually fit & muscular and can pull it off.
And then as added bonus I get to see your boxers too. Wonderful, like I needed to see that.
Don't even get me started on females who wear tank tops that are meant as under shirts as their main top.

When girls wear really skimpy clothes "because it's so hot" when it really isn't that hot. Even on a warm day in New England, there is no need to walk around the city in a bikini top with a mesh shirt. Save that for the beach or boardwalk. Also, girls who wear skimpy clothes that might look good on, like, Selena Gomez or something, but not the average 20-something. Muffin top isn't cute, I don't care if short shirts are in. I sound really old and prudish but I just think people should wear clothes that fit!
Also, gross feet in sandals. Sandals are fine, but keep your toenails trimmed and clean please!
Never seen a topless guy on the train though!

When women wear bikini tops as regular old tops, like, walking around town, in stores, or at restaurants. It's fine if you're somewhere along the beach and just came from there, but if you're out and about and will be for a while, why not bring a shirt to throw on over your top? Or if you haven't been to the beach that day and aren't planning on going to the beach that day...put on a shirt, not a bathing suit!
Also, anything mesh.

Umm... I saw a woman at DSW the other night wearing black leggings and a nude strapless stretchy bandeau bra... With no shirt! Really?!?! It wasn't even warm, I was wearing long sleeves. it's one thing if you're near a beach, but otherwise wear a friggin shirt.

When women think a cami with a built-in bra is sufficient and dont wear a bra. Shorts that allow half your cheeks to hang out the bottom. Shorts with Uggs. Socks and sandals.

Recently saw a lady with no pants. It was a long shirt. But it was a shirt, not a dress. And she wasn't wearing a bra. I'm pretty sure she wasn't wanting to get out of her car (at least I hope so) but she was in a fender bender so she had to. Still.... Put pants on before you leave the house!
