My girlfriend has two small hearts on her wrist for her miscarriages. They're small and sweet, and can be covered with a sweater or watch.

No idea on placement due to concealment (I'm a tank-top and shorts kinda gal, so not many places to hide!) but I love @auggiefrog's suggestions and infinity symbols. I wear a ring to commemorate my first, and if I have any more losses ( ) I will be getting an infinity symbol on my inner wrist.

I've considered a bouquet of flowers, some open and flowered and some closed.

My SIL got one on her foot with 3 sets of baby feet with angel wings, for the 3 stillbirths in her family (our's, her SIL's, and her cousin's). I actually think its super weird, since they weren't her babies, but the idea is cute. (She wanted to use their actual footprints, but her SIL lost her shit at that suggestion, so she used generic clip art.)

I have the Celtic symbol for mother & child & then have added dots in their months birthstone colours. I can fit up to 5. I'm debating adding my miscarriage that would be due in September, but then I wouldn't be due in January, so ....
Plus it's kinda big. Not sure if you're into that.

@sslm: I have a small tattoo on my foot. I really like the location! I do agree though, it hurt REALLY bad. I wasn't expecting it to be that painful! It only took 5 minutes though, so it was definitely doable.

I plan on getting my stillborn son's birth month flower after I have his little brother/sister. It's a chrysanthemum. Probably going to get it on my arm, underneath another flower I have. I also plan on getting his name, my daughter's name, a heart for my miscarriage, and the new baby's name on the back of my arms in a very simple font. All tattoos hurt in my opinion, but it's a fleeting pain compared with that of losing a child.
