I may be in a cave, but I just learned about this thing called an air fryer. I googled it, and it markets itself as the "healthy way to fry". You can fry food with "up to 75% less fat"? Wait, and I didn't know about this??

Do you have one and what do you think about it? Does it really fry food better than if you attempt to bake/roast it? Or is it just a fancy "detached" oven?
