Hey guys, I have a question concerning temping. I wake frequently in the night (as I'm sure we all do) and I'm not sure when to temp. I've been temping at 6am when I get up for the day, but I sometimes have temper at like 3am when I happen to wake up. The 3am temp is usually significantly lower than the 6am one after O. I just want to make sure I'm doing it right. I know technically it's supposed to be my lowest temp my body goes to, but if I've been temping at 6am should I just keep doing that, even if it's half a degree higher? Thanks!
