There used to be inserts for large utility totes that were oerfect for this but those were discontinued at the end of last year and they didn't replace them with something similar. Of the available products I would recommend a zipper pouch or keep it caddy depending on how much you need it to hold.

They also have a new smaller round caddy coming out in the next catalog (sept!) that is a little smaller than the keep-it caddy that might be good to keep lotions/sprays together! Otherwise the pocket-a-tote that attaches through the grommets might work well to keep keys/phone at easy reach! (and if your looking for a new consultant...let me know!)

It has a strap that goes through the grommet holes in the handles of the bigger totes and then just snaps closed. It has a couple different snaps to get the right size for the tote you have.
I found a pic, hopefully it shows up, it shows the strap that it attaches with.
