I woke up at 2 am with a rock in my stomach. I've been puking some but it has subsided. I'm sipping water, skipping coffee (cry) and trying to rest. Of course I also have a 19 day old baby going through a growth spurt.

Any quick nausea fixes? I have an over supply so thankfully I don't need to worry about that.
