Mamas of toddler girls - what does your LO wear under skirts? We have a few now, and I just haven't figured out what I'd like.
- Diaper
- Diaper cover (and do you think plain white ones look weird under dark/prints?)
- Onesie
- Shorts
- Other?

LO wears skirts with built in shorts. Scooters?

My nieces used to wear those bike shorts under their skirts and dresses.

@abbydabbydoodlebug: I'm on the lookout for short toddler bike shorts! Most are in the kids' section and not the baby/tots section.

@shopaholic: kohls sells them in pink, white, black!

@shopaholic: I think carters had them online. I looked in the store and didn't see them. They might be online only? I'm not sure if they're in toddler size though

Just looked at old navy and they have some in toddler sizes in a bunch of colors.
They are called 2 different things. Jersey-stretch shorts for baby and jersey biker 2 pack for baby. But they all come up to 5t.

Children's place sells bike shorts in toddler sizes. You could also do capri leggings under skirts.

Leggings because it is still cold here!
When it gets warm enough probably just a diaper cover but I worry about her knees getting banged up.

All of the skirts I have bought LO have come with little diaper covers.

So far Zuma only wears maxi skirts and I just have her in a onsie underneath!

I try to buy skorts when I can, but I also bought a few pairs of bicycle shorts for her to wear underneath dresses and skirts. We got ours at Crazy 8 on sale (with free shipping).

M wears skirts with the little shorts or bloomers attached under them. If we find a cute skirt that doesn't have that, I just put a bloomer over her diaper. Jumping Beans has a good selection of skirts with shorts under them!

Most of her skirts have shorts attached. They are great for day care. She has some jean skirts that came with bloomers.

My toddler is 2 but she's really active and loves going to playgrounds so I put her in bike shorts so it's easier for her to go down slides without the rubbing from direct contact with skin.

I usually throw on a white diaper cover if it's short. Most of her skirts have build in shorts though. If it's a longer dress I usually just have her rock her diaper since you can't see it.

I am also going to be getting some bike shorts before summer time. She had one pair last year and they were freaking adorable under skirts and even cuter with tees and tanks.

For ones with no attached shorts we have a pair of white bike shorts!

Usually a bloomer/diaper cover or little white cotton bubble shorts from Carters.

@abbydabbydoodlebug: Thanks for the tip!
@autumnlove: Thanks for the tip! Though I try to avoid Kohl's at all costs. It's always madness in there!
@T-Mom: @sunny: Yup, that's been my go-to so far under dresses, but not so cute with some of the skirts we have.

I hate diaper show through with a passion so LO wears a spaghetti strap onesie and little stretchy shorts under dresses or skirts. I barely ever shop at Wal-Mart but once I was there and they had these stretchy shorts. They were in white and then some neons. I stocked up on a few pairs of white in every size. They're perfect.

Capri leggings (got some great ones at old navy for like $5 each) or diaper cover.
But she rarely wears skirts- she's too thin and they always fall right off.

Most of her skirts have attached shorts but with the ones that don't (like the one from BG she's wearing today), I put her in a pair of bloomers we were given that have her name embroidered on the tush. When it was colder, we always went with leggings.

Thanks everyone! I found a couple at Target for $5 each. Old Navy was about $7/each.
