My girls are going to be flower girls at my sisters upcoming wedding. I got one of the flower girl dresses and it’s adorable but a little sheer. I figured I could just add a slip, but I’m having a hard time finding one for the 2 year old- she is in 2t (barely- 18-24 month still fits). The smallest I keep finding is 4. Have you seen any? Or have another idea?

@erinbaderin: That's what I usually do, but it's thin enough that I think you would see the line of their skin against the white shorts even. And I was thinking for photos you would actually be able to see it.
But now I'm realizing I could probably just put a white onesie on the little one anyway, and a cute diaper cover. And she's certainly little enough to still fit in a onesie!

@Foodnerd81: Yes, I think a pretty diaper cover/bloomers would be an adorable fancier alternative to bike shorts!

@Foodnerd81: is it possible to return the dress and pick a less sheer one? I think you’re right hat if it seems sheer in person the pictures will be much worse. And even with something underneath, my guess is it will still be super obvious in pictures and you/ the bride may be disappointed.

@MrsBucky: it is possible- I found it at an online boutique but randomly they had a few sizes on amazon prime with free returns! I’ll try them on during the day when I can evaluate better before getting the bigger size at the boutique.

Hanna Andersson makes eyelet slip dresses - they should start at 80 or 90 - and they’re cotton so if it’s 90 you could shrink it.
