My nephew is getting married next month in an evening outdoor service in the midwest. I'm now wondering if the dress I chose is too white/off-white. What do you think? I also have a dress similar to the blue one - is that more appropriate?

To me either one is fine! As a fellow midwesterner I've seen much worse

I think that dress looks beautiful! I wouldn't give it a second glance as another guest (as being questionable, I mean! )

Both are so beautiful! I would wear the yellow/orange for a day wedding, and the blue (longer one) for an evening wedding. But really, you can't go wrong with either!

Definitely appropriate, though I'd personally opt for the longer blue one for an evening wedding.

I usually just say avoid in these threads just to be 100% safe but that dress is way more orange/colorful than it is white. It's fine!

@gotkimchi: @yoursilverlining: @CatchAFallingStar: @Synchronicity: @Mrs. Microscope: @Raspberry: @2littlepumpkins: @SweetiePie: Thanks, everyone! I just didn't want to be the "crazy aunt" who disregarded wedding etiquette and embarrassed my sweet nephew.
