Our DCP requires the teachers to have a degree or currently in college working towards a degree - so they are all in their 20's or older - we have a few that are 40 and 50 too!

I think our daycare teachers are a few years older than DH and I. I think her roommate is a little younger while another teacher is a little older. The age ranges are great since we have a great rapport with her. She's experienced with children, so even though we're close in age with her, we respect her parenting advice when LO gets challenging.

Our current school has teachers from 40's and up.
The school she is moving to has younger teachers, in the low 20's.

My guess is 24-60s? Most of LO 1's teachers are older and the toddler teachers are in their late 20s-30s.

There are one in their 20s to upper 50s, so I didn't know how to vote.

It's a mix! the aides are high school/college age, but the lead teachers are over 30 or 40. there is one lead teacher who appears to be mid to late 20's. But there seems to be a healthy mix.

LO's daycare is tiny. There's only 3 fulltime teacher in her class. One is a 60 year old neighbor, the other a middle-aged woman, the youngest is in her late 20's-early-to-mid 30's. In the other class (they sometimes watch the students when there's a meeting, etc) is a man in his 40's and 2 other middle-aged women.

I wasn't quite sure what to vote since most are in der 20s but there are def. some that are older than that. I really like that it isn't only really young folks.

I would say on average, probably early 30's. There have been a few young 20 year olds (but very few) and quite a few more closer to 35-40.

I didn't vote. We have a couple of early-mid 20s, but also some that are in their 50s, and all ages in between.

Ours is definitely a mix. There are three main one in Xander's room. One in her 20s, one in her 40s, and probably one in her 50s or 60s.

I can't vote - there are 3 teachers. One is 25, one is 35 and one is 60. It's a family in-home, so it's two sisters and a dad.

Mix - the main teachers and directors are in their mid 30's, the assistant teachers are in their low 20's

It's a range. The head teacher is in her 30s, but the helpers are all 18-22. They have so much energy!
