We just finished watching Finding Dory and eating pizza. The movie was sooooo cute

Knitting a blanket and watching tv while recovering from laryngitis. It's actually been a nice day! I've needed the recovery day badly.

We just got back from Maui yesterday so we are recovering. It's almost 6 pm here and my son is napping! I see some wine and a toddler movie in my future tonight.

I must be the only west coast-er so far. I'm finishing feeding T dinner while we watch inspector gadget. O is with her grandparents so T and I had a nice afternoon together. DW works tonight, so when T goes down I'll milk the goats and have a beer in front of the TV!

@Mrs. Pen: We just finished it too! I loved it. We're on the West Coast and DD isn't feeling good, so I'm trying to keep her awake and happy for a little longer, then bedtime.

Sitting quietly. Procrastinating on working out. I really hate working out at night but have not had time the past few afternoons and know it would lift my mood. Day 7 of DH out of town, before that it was 9 days with a 2.5 day break in between. So I really need the self care!

@junebugsmama: I missed your post! I'm getting T ready for bed now, but he's currently running back and forth in his room laughing. I think he's a little out of sorts without O here. Fingers crossed he decides he's sleepy soon!

Prepping for an early Thanksgiving dinner and helping B with homework. I also have to make cookies tonight.

@Mrs. Turtle: I have no idea what time my guy will sleep tonight! He napped from 4-6

@Mrs. Lemon-Lime: yay for moms night out! I just drove to the grocery store/red box/pizza take out and it was my first minutes away from the kiddo in over a week. I was definitely thinking I am so overdue for some me time!

@Mrs. Sunshine: yikes you so deserve some self care!

Ugh. My husband is passed out on the couch and I'm wasting my Saturday night by responding to a stupid political post a cousin (that I'm not close to) posted. Like, why do I even bother?

But since the election, I've come to think that silence makes people think we all agree, and I just had to say...NO, I don't agree. It's like an early new Year's resolution. From now on, fuck it, I'm going to politely register my "No, I don't agree at all" whenever I feel like it's needed.

I am on a work trip, in a beautiful hotel, relaxing before returning home in a few more hours.

Trying to get the baby back to sleep. Third time tonight. And big sister woke up already with a cough and a fever. This is not my night! it is only 11:46pm lol

Woke up a 2:30 with a cough that's lasted 3+ weeks now. I think I'm the morning I'm finally going to bring myself to a stupid urgent care.

oh and now, I am Thanksgiving shopping- ha with only two side dishes to make, this will be easy peasy!
