Parenting related, what are you strict about? Eating habits, bedtime, screen time? Something else?
I don't think I'm too strict about any of the above, but I am super picky about car seats. If someone else is taking them somewhere (which is rare), I always remind them about how their seats work and where the straps need to be, I don't care if it's overkill! Also bringing my kids around someone who is sick with a stomach bug or something as equally contagious is a no go for me.

Soda. Absolutely no soda ever and even juice almost always watered down.

Sleep! Naps are never skipped, and bedtime is not ever pushed super far back (such as we skipped fireworks with friends because of bedtime, etc) Both of these have to do with our specific child though. She melts down otherwise.
Otherwise I'm pretty easygoing with most other things.

Backtalk. I'll have none of it. My oldest started to get smart with me this morning and he got a very stern warning which made him apologize immediately. I am not your doormat, and you will not treat me like one.

Sleep and bedtime.
Other than that ... food (she has food allergies), and car seat safety. I guess I'd be strict about other people driving her, but that's more just a weird fear I've gotta get over at some point.

Germs! And food (sometimes). My MIL is always asking if she can give M juice - I said no the first time! She gets apple cider as a special treat but juice is not in our daily rotation. And she wanted to give my then 9mo old pumpkin pie and ice cream!! Just no

Car seats, naps / schedule, interacting with sick people,. I'd like to be strict about what kinds of toys are in my house but that's a long lost battle.

Food. I'm afraid of choking hazards and my family seems to think nothing of offering whole grapes to my LO. I'm constantly telling them to cut things up or bringing pre-cut fruit to my mom's to be on the safe side.
Sleep. My family thinks I'm crazy, but we do early bedtime and will not adjust it. If we miss something, so be it, a well rested, happy kid is worth it!

@Bao: Trying to think of something.....it's weird that I'm laid back with DS because I am the furthest thing from it normally in my life! I guess I am picky about hygiene? I clip his nails and toenails twice a week and never let him go a day with dirty hair etc. DW is sooooo annoyed with me (I wipe his mouth after every bite of something messy etc). Maybe I am psycho after all!

Back talk. And what to do if she gets lost or separated from me. We have little "safety meetings" before we go to crowded places or before we go hiking, etc. And appropriate footwear.

@Boogs: same! My four year old has never tasted real soda. We buy la croix or zevia sometimes! So that's the closest thing.
@Mrs. Pickle: oh absolutely!! My kid has never been to a smokers house.
For me it's being disrespectful- if he calls us names or is back talking, he gets in trouble right away.

Food- I try to make sure DD eats lots of fruits and veggies- I definitely let her have treats sometimes because I'm not a monster but she isn't allowed to have candy or soda. Once cup of watered down juice per day.

I'm not strict about much, but sleep is huge for me. We are almost always home for nap, and bedtime is super predictable. I also avoid sick people as much as humanly possible because I really hate dealing with a sick toddler!

Sun protection. My kids are extremely pale and (redheads) and I'm worried about skin cancer for them. We have a collection of silly hats, monstrous swim suits, and rock long sleeves and pants in summer. I also picked a preschool with a shaded yard over one with a better outdoor toys.

I was picky about sleep and food when LO was younger but now I don't obsess about anything.
