I love their thin, crisp Lemon cookies. I can't remember the official name, but they are thin like gingersnaps but super lemony. drool
Also love their goat cheese log, it's the perfect flavor and texture. Whole wheat thin crisp crackers. Brie and asparagus frozen pasta lunch. Cheese and chili tamales (when I don't have the time to make my own).
I also like their sparkling lemonades; they come in pretty bottles so are great for get togethers and parties and they are really tasty too.

Without a doubt, their pesto spread. It's deeelicious and goes with everything. I use it on sandwiches, eggs, pasta...you name it! I live 2 hrs away from the nearest Trader Joes so everytime I'm in the city I grab like 5 jars and 2 cases of 3 Buck Chuck wine : )

I just went to TJs yesterday because I ran out of Cookie Butter and HAD to get more. It is perfect with graham crackers.
Also love:
Orange Chicken is an easy go-to dinner
Fire Roasted Veggies in Balsamic Butter added to chicken and pasta is another dinner than comes together quickly
Reduced Guilt Pita Chips with Spicy or Tomato Basil hummus
Dark Chocolate Covered Blueberries
Seriously, I don't think there is anything I don't love.

Mandarin chicken and jasmine rice. So good! I also used to get premade lunches there a lot, too. At the time it was always pizza bagel, roasted red pepper tortellini, or these mini turkey sandwiches on brioche rolls. I hardly ever make it to trader joes, but thinking I should soon!

Dark chocolate PB cups, coffee cream ice cream bars, potato lentil curls, red pepper hummus, mozzarella log, ham and gruyere tart, greek honey yogurt, there's so much I love!

@autumnlove: COOKIE BUTTER!!! It is spreadable, kind of tastes like gingerbread, but not so ginger-y. I spread it on graham crackers, the cookie thins at TJs and on special mornings...waffles.
I guess its ground up biscuits. At my TJs it is near the peanut butter and jams.

I love their cheeses-- just as good as at the regular grocery store but so much cheaper. Whole Foods does have a better selection of the really fancy kinds, but for basics, you really can't TJs for quality and price. Nom.
I like a lot of their frozen fish, all their nut butters, ravioli (the goat cheese one, and the butternut squash one, are SO good). I don't love their hummus-- it's fine but I prefer Sabra or WF brand.
The one thing I don't like is their bread gets moldy so fast. I understand it is because they don't have a million preservatives, but I also hate throwing it out!

@yoursilverlining: @Mrs. High Heels: I see those cookies everytime I am there but I haven't been able to break down and buy them yet.
My favorites are the Cat Cookies and their mint chocolate chip ice cream. OMG yum. Oh and their pizza dough. Although they jacked the price by 20% recently, I still buy it.

I've never lived anywhere near a Trader Joe's! I wish there was one here. I was gifted some spices from there a couple of years ago. I love the 21 Seasoning Salute!

this is a great thread. I've tried like 90% of the things listed on here and totally agree with everyone on the awesomeness that is TJs!
I love the dark chocolate PB cups... All-time fave! A small bag is 99 cents and I keep a stash in my kitchen drawer for whenever I have a chocolate craving (once a day, haha). I think you can buy it in a bigger box too though, but I restrain myself!
Another all-time fave is their cinnamon sugar pita chips...
For those who love sweet and savory... their chocolate dipped potato chips are delish too (though I wish they made a dark chocolate version!)
My newest love/find is their chevre goat cheese honey log... spread some on their pita bread crackers... yum!
one thing that's a staple for us that I don't see listed here yet is their Sunflower Seed Butter... I don't even like sunflower seeds, but this is amazing. So good... I think it's healthier than peanut butter so it's what I use instead for PBJ sandwiches. It's also great for toddlers' lunches if they go to a nut-free school where PB isn't allowed.
most items I discover through their demos... I really love TJs.
