Crocs, saltwater sandals, cheap old navy Native knock-offs are pretty much our summer staples

I second the Umi recommendation! C had a pair last fall and they were by far her favorite- I had to hide them when they got too small because she only wanted to wear them. (And @Mrs. Pen: Glad you liked them! How did you find the sizing?)

C had the Cassie Mary Jane and I feel like they went with everything. Similar to this one, though ours was more suede and fall like material. They have a few color combos out there.

Natives and salt waters!

We're big Livie and Luca fans here. They're pretty expensive, but they have incredible resale value. They are a ton of BST groups for them on Facebook.

@fmmtk: at 16 months our daughter was in Pedipeds. They were fantastic. And yes, she wore these white shoes well beyond labor day.

@Foodnerd81: yeah we love them! Sizing is good, I decided to go half a size up from his current size and they fit great with a little extra room to grow. I would say true to size for us!

Honestly, I've found some of the best shoes at Target and even Walmart. The ones at Walmart don't hold up as long as the ones from Target (they last forever!!), but they are still cheap and super cute
