I've had a cracked/bleeding nipple, mastitis, and multiple clogged ducts.
What boob problems have you faced?

cracked nipples, clogged ducts, poor letdown (pumping only), and low supply (once I went back to work and wasn't constantly with my son).

I had mastitis at 2 weeks and that was not fun, I had a high fever but luckily didn't mess around with it for too long before getting antibiotics into my system.
Also have had some clogged ducts.
Its been very worth it though.

Bleeding nipples, clogged ducts, oversupply. Like @maysprout, it's all been worth it. But I will admit to counting down to a year so I can stop.

I was breastfeeding from 1 boob only. Talk about being unbalanced.

Thankfully I've had no major problems. I had a sore nipple for a day. I never even had engorgement in the beginning or any leaking. I give you ladies lots of credit for going through that.

I never had any real provlems but when I went back to scool I wasn't able to breastfeed or anything... There were a few times where I had to go to the bathroom and hand squeeze out just enough to relieve the pressure because it hurt so bad!

I had mastitis at 3.5 months and lots (almost weekly) of clogged ducts which luckily have gone down in frequency recently. I am very much looking forward to my LO's first birthday.

@pelikila: ah yes low supply! i had that with olive, but it's been increasing with all the supplements i've been taking!

I had a blister that bled until I took a few days off from nursing and pumped that side to let it heal.
I did have a clogged spot on one side (little white dot) but it opened up after a while.
Other than those small bumps things are going great!

I had major - MAJOR - issues with my son that I documented on my blog way back when...now, I'm dealing with similar issues with my daughter, but am less stressed this time around than last time since I've already been through it.

Like Yin, I had mastitis, clogged ducts, milk blisters and thrush at 3.5 months all due to an oversupply. At the beginning it was sore and cracked nipples....We are at 4.5 months. I take breastfeeding week by week now.
