We got DD a play kitchen, Hape coffee maker and Melissa & Doug pots and pan set. We will probably pick out a couple books too.
I thought I got our niece taken care of, but then I realized her birthday is in November, so I guess I got her birthday covered instead
Our goal is to be done Christmas shopping by the end of Thanksgiving weekend.

@Kimberlybee: Where's this from? I love it! I have been on the hunt for gender neutral doll accessories since we are getting LO a boy bitty baby.

I have two small Duplo sets and a numbers chunky puzzle for LO. I also have a present for each of our nieces and our nephew. I like to start early, but it's the adults who are hard to shop for!

I bought a few things, pink cz studs, Disney white gloves, a wooden notepad, maybe a big kid microscope as we gave last year's one away.
Just like to add that LO got a similar doc mc stuffins vet set and the Sneaky Snacky Squirrel in past Christmases. Great gifts!
We are going to do a massive overhaul of LOs room and toys as she will be close to 6 and her tastes have changed.

We're doing the wear, read, want, need thing this year so we've made a list.
We bought plush, personalized robes for each (wear).
A guitar/lessons for B, American girl blocks for E, a tablet for N (want).
Running shoes for B and probably a nice pair of shoes for the girls (need).
And we still have time to decide on books.
SO much was wasted last year. I'm tired of spending $$ on toys that will sit unopened in my pantry for 6 months.

@sorrycharlie: my mom got DD that same cart, and a doc mcstuffins doll!
I hadn't thought about Christmas gifts yet, but saw toys r us is having a good Columbus Day sale. So I picked up the little people musical zoo, and then the little people Elmer says for 50% off. DD has been very interested in legos at the library play table, so I also picked up her first set of Duplo's or whatever they're called for 20% off. She's getting the 27 piece Minnie cafe. At 19 months, we don't plan to get too much. I'm thinking she will get a kitchen for her 2nd bday in May. I also will get her some books!
ETA- I love the pbk stockings, and am counting those as gifts this year too lol!

None so far. And it's a good thing because at the rate my son is going with his behavior, Santa isn't going to be visiting!

You are all so on top of things! I haven't even thought about it yet and both of my kids birthdays also fall right around the holidays.

@daniellemybelle: It's the Maclaren doll set and we got it from this website a few weeks ago when they had a great sale. http://www.albeebaby.com/maclaren-junior-quest-activity-centre-by-air-by-land-by-sea.html
I am hoping this will last longer than the set we got from Target so baby sister can play with it too when sh has s older. I bought her a set, a different brand, from Target last Christmas but it did not last long. She is not rough with and only played with sometimes during the week. The threading would come undone and the Velcro snap for the stroller had ussues too.

@Kimberlybee: Thanks! We have a doll stroller from Target that has ended up an outside toy and looks like crap, ha.

For DS1 (2 years old), I snagged a play shopping cart, M&D magnetic fishing toy, M&D Advent calendar, bath toys, and matching Christmas jammies for him, DS2, and our nephew (we will be spending Christmas with my in-laws). We are going to ask MIL for a big set of play food for DS to go with the shopping cart. I am going to try to avoid getting a play kitchen for Christmas and see if I can snag a used one on our local mom's FB group instead because I'd like to avoid assembling some giant toy.
DS2 (5 months) will get his matching jammies, a Fisher Price stacking ring toy, a set of hand puppets, and a PBK Christmas stocking.

So far (I do need, want, wear, read where I can):
DD's: Bounce House (Prime Day deal)
DD1: Jammies (wear)
DD2: Jammies (wear)
My Sisters: Lula leggings, Mary Kay Nail Polish, awesome reusable bags (container store - they roll up to nothing in size), Owl Be Sweatin' headbands. (I get them my version of "favorite things"...)
Neice/Nephew (DHs): HA star wars holiday jammies
Daycare Teachers: cute mugs for stuffing with scarves
So ya...lots to do but I have a start. Still have to do DDs stocking stuffers, my niece and two nephews (also Need/Want/Wear/Read), Mom, Dad, DH, my BFFs two kids and finish DayCare teachers...
