and do you love them?

White! Love it because we know when they're dirty.

they're like a dark red. Not red red. I like them, I never would have picked that colour but they grew on my after we bought the place.

More tanish and I am not a fan. Will be years before we get them redone.

They're a light, natural wood...I hate them. We have hopes of renovating our kitchen this summer, so I hope we can find the budget for it!! We got a bit less than expected back on our taxes this year, so that may put a damper on our plans.

In the rental we're still in they're white and I think it's ugly. In our new house they are a nice honey color and I really like it.

Mine are a terrible shade of ugly.
They are crappy and old, and we should replace the whole kitchen, but we are thinking about doing a big gut sometime instead of piecemeal renovating...

Medium wood- oak maybe? They are in really good shape, but not what I would personally pick if I was going to redo things.

Cherry. I don't mind the color but we had custom cabinets in our old house which I loved, they were also Cherry and felt sturdy. I would also love white though.

I have light/ almost natural too. I'd love to see your dining table. We're having trouble finding one.@bunnylovesbear: you think you could wall me a pic?

@CupQuakeWalk: we actually don't have a dining room table in our kitchen. Just a small, old table that's basically used to collect junk! (Mail, cases of water, recycling that in too lazy to bring outside, etc). We have a sunroom at the front of our house, and we use that as our dining room so the table out there doesn't match our kitchen. Sorry I couldn't be more help!

Very red cherry wood. Everyone comments on them. I never would have picked them out or the green cement counter top but they really work in our house.

A light maple colour. They are ok. I would have done dark cabinetry though.

White. Don't really like them, would prefer a dark color. I wish we could redo our entire kitchen!

Our last rental they were "ugly" (ok, some sort of beige/cream but old and terrible) and where we are hoping to move they are newer and white. Fingers crossed that place works out.
ETA Yay, we got it. So excited!

@bunnylovesbear: no prob! Ours is a eat-in kitchen and OMG...so hard to find a color to match!

They're a honey sort of color. Initially I really disliked them and we were going to paint them white, but turns out that when the kitchen isn't lime green (no idea what they were thinking), they're actually pretty. We're going to update the hardware though, and we're putting in new countertops, because they still look really dated.

Ours are white shaker style. I like them. My husband wanted dark wood, but these were already here when we bought the house.

Antique white. We just installed them and I love them. The antiqueing hides the dirt.

Espresso. I loved them when we move in, and I do still like them. But I've been swayed by all the pretty white kitchens on pinterest and I worry that espresso wood is quickly on the way "out"

Ours are kind of a dark medium brown. I like them but I wish they had more cool tones in them. In the new house we're going with dark

Espresso - we custom built out kitchen 3 years ago but now I am loving the white/grey kitchens!

White. I like them. We have dark blue granite countertops so they really pop.
nectarine / 2973 posts
White. I like how they look but hate how quickly they get dirty again.
GOLD / pomelo / 5737 posts
@Torchwood: honey and lime green... I'd be curious to see how they had that decorated.
nectarine / 2465 posts
White, and I do love how open and bright it makes our kitchen, but I do have to clean them all.the.time.
coconut / 8681 posts
Ours are teal and I LOVE them!! We repainted them when we moved in.

@Mae: Same here! I have espresso, and now that we're house shopping, I'm totally eyeing all the white kitchens.
pineapple / 12566 posts
White and I love them. We rent, but I would have picked white if I had a choice. I love how clean they look.
