LO's 3rd birthday is coming up, and although we just had Christmas and they got several new toys, I'm excited to get her some fun gifts!
She's been interested in these mini dolls at Target for a few months now so we are going to get her a couple of those with some accessories. She also mentioned Moana stuff so outside of the movie I already pre-ordered I may get her the doll as well. She's at a really fun age, so I'm excited!
What did you get your 3 year old for their birthday? Was it a hit?

We got DD a set of Disney princesses with the clip on dresses that come on and off (like a set of 15 of them). She loves it!!! It's still a hit to this day 4 mos post bday.

We got her a chalk/dry erase board, a small family party and a trip to the aquarium. Simple and super fun. Her birthday was in September and she still talks about it

We got B the Marbotic smart letters, a Lost My Name book, some Paw Patrol bath toys, and a mini hockey stick. They were somewhat overshadowed by the Paw Patroller (the big bus) that my parents got him.

DD got an American Girl doll and a small tea party with just family at the AG store- huge huge hit. We also got her a mini doll for Christmas and she loves it.

DD1 got a Micro Mini scooter as her big gift from us. She got a "real life" (aka porcelain) tea set from my inlaws and the Hape discovery space center (like a rocket ship doll house) from my folks. She still plays with them all at 4.

We aren't super big on gifts, and since her bday is a week after Christmas (she got so much stuff from family), we opted to throw a fun party at Gymboree instead.
For Christmas she got Magnatiles and a few dolls. Both are huge hits and she plays with them for hours each day. We're also fans of PlayDoh and general art supplies. Glitter is a recent obsession.

Tricycle and some outdoor toys, since his birthday is in the late spring. I would say it was all a hit!

I must be a monster.. It was my son's 3ed birthday Tuesday (party this sat) and we got him nothing. We let him open his presents from grandparents on his birthday, and I know he will get stuff on Saturday, but we are just MAXED out on toys - the kid needs nothing else! And i figured this is probably the last year he wouldn't know the difference if mom and ad got him something - so we skipped it.
My nephews are 9 & 7, and their wish lists (mostly the 9 year old) are so $$$$$, I figure it's better to save the money for then..

LO has been asking to see Thomas so we are making his big gift a trip to another city to go to a Day out with Thomas event. I can't wait! Now when people ask how old he is he says "2 and when I'm 3 I get to ride on Thomas" lol

Dds 3rd bday is coming up quick and I've only gotten her a pottery barn backpack so far. I feel like Christmas was just yesterday! She has a play tent so I was thinking about getting her some cute pillows to put in her play tent and some art supplies.

We got LO a Doc Mcstuffins dr bag and outfit. Still gets used almost daily a year later. She got a big wheel tricycle from her grandparents that she just recently mastered. 3 was a really fun birthday because it was the first that she really understood what was going on and she was so excited and so much fun! I'm really looking forward to 4 in a few months.
