@DesertDreams88: It's not as great of a deal but Albee Baby has that seat for $149 today.

There were a lot of things I was thinking about purchasing (mainly for this baby so don't need til later) but talked myself out of! I did finish all my xmas shopping for my DH and LO so I felt like the budget was maxed out already for this month.

I talked myself out of: video baby monitor, buying a second baby carrier, down comforter for our room, couldn't figure out a book to buy one of my nieces so missed out on a $5 off deal at amazon. Can't save money buy spending money though so really it's cool

I have the opposite experience from @avivoca: (ugh, that sucks about the card). In my case, NOTHING. I bought the rest of the stuff off of our baby registry that we hadn't gotten as hand-me-downs with the completion discount, and some decent Black Friday deals, plus did my Christmas shopping. It was all stuff I'd picked out and decided was worth buying in advance, but still, a lot of stuff....

I was toying with buying an Instant Pot for MIL or for us, but let that slip by, and also considering a Ninja Coffee for DH but let that one slip too. Also I had to buy a dresser for our guest room (which will double as our main-floor changing table when DS arrives) and really wanted a specific one but it was majorly discounted on Black Friday and sold out. I had to pick one I love a lot less from a different store.

I missed out on stuff but I'm so disorganized I don't even know what it is... haha. I did buy some toys from Kohl's but I feel like if I had more time I would have hit up Target too.

We were debating on an Amazon lightning deal on a well-reviewed piano keyboard. Normally it's over 1k, but it was on sale for $650. While we were reading reviews for it, the price went back up. We're still kicking ourselves, because everything we'd read about it seemed good. Ugh.

I did not get a new carseat for #2. I mean, I don't really need one, we have 4 carseats, two for each car, but I know she'll need a replacement for her infant seat next year.

Also, didn't get DH a bluetooth headset. I just didn't see a good deal and honestly didn't spend a lot of time looking for one.

I got that Extend2Fit on prime day for around that price. And randomally a month or two ago it was $115 on amazon. So keep an eye out!

@lilyann: just as an FYI diono seats aren't currently available for sale due to the recall. So don't feel bad for not looking into it!
