M is 10.5 months old. We are supposed to be uping table food and lowering his ounces of formula per day. I eat cheese and drink milk like they are never going to make it again. I'm really struggling with feeding him. I'm sure I'm making it more complicated than it needs to be in my head but I'm stumped.

What do you feed your dairy free older baby/young toddler? Help me out! Did you try coconut milk or soy milk?

Right now he eats:
blueberry pancakes made with water
fruit
cherrios
whole wheat pasta

ETA: he will eat veggies
