Mostly, I call him by his name.

All manner of ridiculous nicknames, most of them types of animal! Hardly ever by his name unless I'm annoyed

Tons of various nicknames and terms of endearment. My husband has just started calling me by my name more often, which I kind of hate, but he gets confused about who he's actually talking to now and tries to just be clear.

Hon/Honey almost exclusively. To the point where I had to start referring to him as Daddy, because K was yelling "Hon! I need a snack!" or "Night night, honey!"

Baby and sometimes honey. (And I always thought those pet names were ridiculous growing up!) I do call him by his name in public usually though.
