    I SAH. Previously I worked in public policy. My MA is in medical anthropology and public health. I run a small local hiking group for families.

    I was military intelligence SGT w/ ARMY, then home health SLP, then rehab, and now mostly high school SLP (best schedule/ money for LO).

    Love this thread. I think it's fascinating to read about all the different jobs people have.

    I'm a teacher. Right now I SAH and teach online high school classes. I may be teaching college level classes on campus two days a week in the fall.

    Veterinary technician. But I'm hoping to get a government job with Fish and Wildlife or the Forest Service doing something like wildlife biology. Even if it means going back to school and getting my masters first. I'm determined not to be a vet tech forever, even though I love the work.

    I am a therapist with a specialization in behavioral medicine. I work at a university-based hospital multidisciplinary weight management center providing individual and group therapy, conducting clinical/public heath research, managing a childhood obesity prevention grant program, teaching, etc. I love it!

    Catching up now, I was working during the post-a-thon. A Certified Veterinary Technican, but I teach veterinary technology at a career college, prepare graduates for their boards, and write curriculum. Love my job!

    Currently a SAHM but I was a child protection social worker for children with disabilities for a number of years and also was a middle school ELA/Soc Studies teacher for a couple of years. I will go back to social work once my LOs are in school full time.
