I'm feeling a little bit like the well is running dry lately, so to speak. I have a lot of personal goals such as health & fitness but I still feel like they are "outward" - like, I don't want to look like a slob every day to other people. Of course, being healthier and looking good makes me feel good... but I need to do more just for me.

I want to set one goal of something to do on a regular basis just to take better care of myself. I know many of you are "white knuckling" it and doing a great job, but I am just the type that if I just give and give, I run myself into the ground and I can't keep it up.
