Singing! I am a pretty good singer and I've always loved it, but I have always wanted to take it to the next level!
Number 2 would be piano because I think I would be much more committed as an adult.
What about you?

I would actually like to continue with piano and violin lessons since I haven't really played much since high school.
I also always wanted to learn guitar.
I've considered doing an online Spanish for medical professionals course, so that's in the back of my mind for the future.
Oh and swimming, I want to learn better stroke development and endurance with swimming. I only know super simple basics and never continued swimming lessons past age 10.

Piano and swimming. Piano just because (I grew up playing violin but always wanted to learn piano) and swimming so I can feel more comfortable in pools and the ocean. I never took formal swim lessons as a kid so I'm not efficient at swimming.
ETA: Ironically, LO at age 2 is already taking piano and will be starting swimming lessons in 2 weeks.

Swimming! I never learned how to dive, and you couldn't pay me to try to learn in a pool filled with other people.
Also Spanish. I wish I had studied it instead of French.

I've been getting a refresher on piano and Mandarin from the kids' lessons. LOL. I don't have any "secret" lessons I want to take, but I'll probably hire a tutor to learn German in the near future.

I don't know about secretly but I would love to go to culinary school or attend a cooking class. I love food and I love cooking
I need to take swimming lessons - I am not a good swimmer
I also probably need singing lessons - I'm a terrible singer!

Not really a secret, but cooking. I really enjoy it but wish I had more skills.

@sandy: oh ha, I basically posted the same as you!! I also need swimming lessons

Singing and ballet... Although now ballet might be a little scary. I think they would just kick me out!!!

Dance. I did some drop in classes in my early 20s and loved it but I haven't done it in years. I would love to start again.

My secret interest is pole dancing! I wanted to take lessons for so long and after I had my daughter I finally did and now I'm super into it. It's an amazing workout and so fun!

Cooking! Knife skills, in particular. I can't cut an onion to save my life.
I really want to take tap classes again, too.

@turquoisemama: Yes! I love pole dancing! I did it right up until I had DD and it kept me in great shape during my pregnancy. It really is an amazing workout!
I'd love to be fluent in another language.

Swimming... I'm almost 30 and have no clue how to swim. I almost feel guilty making my LO take swim lessons and asking him to overcome his fear of water when I still haven't overcome my own.

Piano! It's not really a secret, I keep asking my parents to get rid of some broken shelving they don't need and put a piano in its place, but no luck yet.

@yin: I have 2 friends who learned as adults! I just talked to one of them on the weekend. He said it just took some practice with going in the water to get comfortable, then learning the basic strokes and practicing.
Easier said than done now that you have kids, but from what it sounded like, it wasn't too difficult to get the basics if you have the time to devote to it.

@sunny: Thanks! I may sign up for an adult swimming beginner's class this fall. Makes me nervous just thinking about it. The last time I took a class was when I was 12, and it was full of 3/4 year olds who were all much better than I was at the time.

Crocheting! I taught myself, but I'm not very good. I'd love to go to a class. I started to make a scarf for LO and screwed up the measurements - doh!
Piano is the other one. My brother got my SIL lessons for one of her birthdays and then a keyboard for Christmas, and she's stuck with it now for 2 years now that her kids are older. She's getting pretty good!

I would like to take ballet and horseback riding lessons again. I did both as a child but its a bit scarier to do either as an adult! Leotards

Dance and horseback riding, both of which I had the opportunity to do when I was a kid, but I had issues and quit everything.
I want to teach myself to knit too, as a mindless relaxing activity.
