I wish there was a sports bar for parents. Like you could go in, drop your kid off for an hour and they'd get to hang with other kiddos and do some fun activities and I could watch a quarter or two of football!

We have one of those here! I forget what it's called, but it's like a coffee and snack place and you can drop your kids off while you have coffee. It's got a 2 way mirrored wall so you can see them, but they can't see you

@Boheme: that is brilliant! On the weekends, I think LO really gets bored with just me and DH (we do some play dates and activities but not every weekend!) so I think he'd love something like that! He's a social butterfly lol

I'm a very big fan of the liquid sleep idea. Think of how much more I could get done if I didn't have to sleep. And no jet lag!
