@azjax: oh, I'd totally forgotten about those. Definitely another good sour candy alternative.
@FaithFertility: I'm going to try this - toasted bagel with cream cheese is one of the very few things that's worked well - I have an international trip for work end of next week (ughhh) and have been worried about finding non-perishable things to bring along as snacks. PB could work if it goes down as well as cream cheese!

@periwinklebee: I've been wanting bagels too! Hope you're doing ok this week. I think mine peaked at 10-10.5 weeks and fingers crossed will be going away soon. I still can't cook without gagging though. And with my first and second it peaked earlier so fingers crossed your trip will be ok!!

@2littlepumpkins: I hope yours is quickly receding! I feel like if I stick to the approximately 3 things that I tolerate, it's usually more or less ok, but depart from that a little bit and I'm gagging it up sooner or later. I am so not looking forward to this trip for work, mostly from the perspective of being able to manage food. And I just saw that one evening there's dinner (probably fish) on a boat. I mean, if I wasn't pregnant it would be a super enjoyable experience. But um, yeah, that can't help the nausea

Lots of carbs. Bagel or english muffin with cream cheese. Or do peanut butter. Cereal is great since you can get some protein from milk.
