We got invited to a Halloween event and I know they'll have lots of appetizers and pizza so hoping that's good enough for dinner for the kids so I have the night off.

I was planning to make a pan of lasagna but got lazy, so pulled out some chicken/rice/broccoli for the crockpot instead! Lasagna tomorrow -- procrastination FTW

If the hamburger patties I pulled out a couple days ago are thawed, we'll have those with some frozen veggies, if not, probably something breakfasty with eggs and hash browns.

Sweet potato and black bean hash (with poblano peppers, onion and sweet peppers and jalapeño) topped with an over easy egg. Super simple, filling and quick!

Fed the kids some leftover grilled chicken & pasta, I'm going out for sushi. And DH is playing master chef and braising himself a lamb shank.

Slow cooker sun dried tomato chicken over pasta with peas.

Roasted chicken thighs, cauliflower, strawberries, sourdough toast.

I cooked some chicken breasts in the crockpot with onions, carrots, mushrooms, a can of mushroom soup and a pack of onion soup mix. Shredded the chicken and had it over rice.

Pork tenderloin with cherry pomegranate sauce, Parmesan couscous, and honey glazed carrots.

Leftover pasta and veggies with alfredo sauce. LO had alphabet macaroni and cheese, turkey, and grapes.

We have ballet until 6:45 and we are getting Chipotle!

We went to a local restaurant because I wasn't feeling up to cooking. I had cheese fries and B had pizza.

DD didn't like the sausage so she had Tyson nuggets and carrots -
We had leftover steak, so I turned it into a Thai peanut stir fry.
