I got an iPhone 4S today, and holy cow... it's so much better than the earlier iPhone. Why did I wait so long?? Inertia and laziness, I guess...

not an iphone. some free samsung phone. my husband has been begging me to get the iphone 4s. he wants to live vicariously through me? i'm determined not to fall into that trap!

I have the iPhone 4S too. I loves it. It's my first smartphone ever. It's amazing to search the web, email, etc. so easily. Words with Friends is super addicting too!

I have an iPhone 4. I just got it last week. It is my first iPhone. I decided not to get the 4S because of the $100 price difference. I don't know how different they are.

I've had the same phone for the last 4 years, and it is my very first smartphone -- Treo 755p! It does everything I need it to do plus it has the very best keyboard. Sure it's ancient, but I cannot see myself with another phone. My husband bought me a back up from eBay in case mine decides to die one day. I also only pay $30 a month for my plan including unlimited texting, data, and 500 minutes. Can't beat it!

i have the iphone 4s. patiently waited for it to show up at verizon and then pass thru my 2 year commitment... only to be surprised by my mom a couple months early! yay! i LOVE it. i feel a part of real society now! i use it for everything, so it's invaluable to me.

I got my husband's hand me down phone. He bought the fancy new phone and I got his mytouch. It does what I need it to do so I like it. Any fancier and I wouldn't know how to work it.

I have a Motorola Zine - and I've had it since 2007. It doesn't have internet or "apps" or anything like that.
I feel like I'm in the stone age sometimes. I haven't upgraded because I'm cheap.

I just upgraded to a smartphone a few weeks ago. I went back and forth quite a bit, but I use my phone for work stuff as well and the convenience of having my calendar, to-do list, contacts, email, etc... all right there won out. It definitely wasn't a necessity, but I really like it.
I got a Droid Incredible 2 for free on black friday.

I got the 4S for Christmas. Before that I had the iPhone 3G and the difference is like night and day! I can use fancy apps! I have a nice camera! It always alerts me when I have new text! I'm pretty much in love with it.
