I'm starting to think about introducing a milk alternative to DD when she turns a year old in March, but I'm not sure which to do! At 10.5 months she still doesn't tolerate milk in my diet, so I'm assuming we'll be dealing with this for a bit longer. I drink almond milk, so that's would be easiest, but there's a lot of info out there about the positives and negatives to each milk alternative. I'd love to hear what other MSPI mamas gave to their LOs and why you made that choice.
