On a positive spin, what is your fave pregnancy symptom?
I'm loving the baby kicks even more this time. Such a different feeling than the first because of the placenta placement. It feels like a first time experience!

@raspberries: Haha, this was exactly what I was going to say! I feel like it's the only time you can (and are expected to) just let it all hang out

Baby movement is so cool. (I'm just staring to feel them at 21 weeks) Also, not having to suck in my belly when I wear a tight shirt or a bikini. Being able to eat pretty much whatever I want because I'm pregnant. Oh, and having DH go get me food if I'm craving something.

Having super healthy hair is a huge perk...love that! I unfortunately know that it doesn't last long after baby comes, and I'm not looking forward to the 2+ years of growing my broken hair back.

@travellingbee: helll yeaaah!!! i'll be crying at the post partum deluge though!!

I loved eating most of what my heart desired and the fact that people do things for you because they don't want you to get up because you are pregnant. I'm a lazy prego.

From memory...
Nice skin, no acne.
Having a firm bump instead of my regular belly-no need to suck anything in!

My hair and skin were A-MA-ZING. Like never before and certainly not after.

Ooh, so many of these! I loved the kicks, not having a period, and generally just the big ole belly. (Until it got TOO big )

My whole first pregnancy I was in awe of of my nails. Also enjoyed not sucking in my tummy, wearing super comfy clothes to work, no period, and sometimes it was actually nice to take a nap. Oh and I thought the weird were interesting.

No period is great! Also, I like being able to wear comfortable, stretchy clothes all the time that don't dig into my waste or feel too tight on.

Baby movement & hair! Also, never feeling alone even if I am for a moment.

Skin. It's never been so clear and problem free. I love the movement as well. I overall really love being pregnant.

For all of you mentioning great hair, do you still lose some at least? I was really looking forward to that stopping, but so far at 8w2d, I haven't noticed a difference.....

I have to agree with the not having a period, and not having to suck it in.
I did like how my face filled out, but now it's filling out a little too much, haha!
OH! ETA...how could I forget the best thing of all? Magically slowed down leg hair growth! It's amazing. Does anyone else have this? It's so weird, and I don't know why it's happened, but I love it!

@TheSwissWifeStyle: yes!! I normally have to shave legs every other day but I can go WEEKS without shaving and it hardly grows! Love it
Also love the think hair that never gets oily, nice skin, bigger boobs- overall I really do love being pregnant (except the last month or so)

@DesertDreams88: I kept losing mine, but I think it might have been because I was on progesterone. Im still losing some, but less that pre-pregnancy. Post partum... I don't even want to think about it. I'll probably have bald patches again

Not having to suck in my belly, being able to snack without really worrying, not having to shave my legs as often (it's magic!), feeling baby kicks.

Clear skin! It's the best symptom for me and after I'm done having babies I'm going to a dermatologist to tell them to make a magic potion for my face that can keep this awesomeness going - without having to be pregnant for life I've always had problem skin, except for when I'm pregnant. There has to be something they can do for me!

@DesertDreams88 I didn't start to notice the great hair until the second trimester, around 20 weeks I think? I still lose a little but not near as much as I used to. It's much thicker.

My hair and nails are growing really quickly! And I like having a good excuse to rest and eat, and wear comfortable clothes.
