So, so long ago I had a LG Voyager that had "Internet" access. It had an internet app, but it wasn't an actual browser. It was insanely convoluted and awful, but I thought I was so cool.
My first true smartphone was a Droid X. Then I got an iPhone and never went back.

I got my first one a year ago and I still have it. A Samsung galaxy II.

My current phone two years ago haha! And I only got it because I found out my plan would be cheaper with an iPhone and data than my cheap flip phone!

My iPhone 4 from 2011 that I still use.
My contract just came up though, so I'm kind of shopping around.

Palm Treo 755p in 2007. I had that phone for almost 5 years before upgrading to an iPhone. I loved it! The keyboard was my favorite.

Blackberry 6710 in 2002.
I also had the first gen iPhone and am grandfathered in to AT&Ts unlimited data/previously known as 'iPhone' plan
I used to work for a company where we would get all the latest equipment, before the iPhone and blackberry I had two-way pagers! lol

I had a futuristic little Samsung (mini, bottom fold) phone. (Still looking for the name.) Then a snazzy Treo around 2003.

iPhone 3GS in 2011. It was the free iPhone, but I got a job a month later, so I wish I had waited and gotten the 4s because mine was obsolete within a few months.

I got a Samsung Fascinate galaxy S phone in like 2010? Then went to nonsmart phones for a while to save money, but have since switched back.
@photojane: I had a couple internet phones before true smart phones, too. I could check MySpace and Facebook. Haha.

Pretty sure mine ws an LG Vortex. And yes, I had to look that up.
@808love: That post made me laugh. So many Nokias, and they all looked so similar! Every new one that scrolled by I was like "I had that one...I had that one...no, wait, was it this one...."

Samsung Galaxy S 4G (the single S not the S3 or anything). I didn't get it until 2012. Before that I had a "remedial" LG phone that could do email and Facebook but no apps. I've since come into the modern world with an iPhone 5c.

@sunny: haha, i had an iphone 3GS in 2011, even later! I now have an iphone 5.
