@mrbee: How did your turkey turn out?
DH said this year's food was the best one yet.
There was one difference, I let DH help me in the kitchen. Our apt apartment's kitchen was too small but now we are in a house we can both work in the kitchen. I think it went well. Bottom line, I didn't kick the DH out of the kitchen. DH is happy he made it through to the end. Overall, it was great having help!
Oh, I wasn't too happy about the sweet potato/ yams with apple& pears dish I made. I'm the only one that eats it, so only I noticed. I'm going back to the candied yams next year.

@bluestriped bee: The turkey turned out ok!! There was a two hour delay between when it came out of the oven and when we ate it at our friends' house. So we had to reheat it... but all in all, it turned out well!
