I've worn thongs pretty much every day since I was 14 ish. I hate panty lines and other underwear is uncomfortable to me!

Thongs are so uncomfortable to me, haven't worn one since college. I voted full coverage - I don't want anything going up my butt...

I can't vote. I have them all, they are all for different outfits/times/situations.

I'm 5 months pregnant and my ass is gigantic so I actually bought a pack of full cotton granny panties which I would were if it were my choice. They're so comfy!!
But I go for boy shorts mostly because my ass is "athletically rotund" and they fit better. They don't show lines that bad. I should care bc I teach high schoolers but I wear long shirts usually.

@Jennibenni: Me too! I was always a thong girl but comfort has taken priority for everyday wear. If i have to wear a thong, i change into regular underwear as soon as i get home.

@kiddosc: that’s what I was thinking! I get vpl in leggings at the gym and just don’t care. Otherwise if my bottoms are tight enough to see my panty line I’m wearing a long shirt over it anyway. But I don’t dress up very often, I imagine a lot of nice work type pants would show?
I just don’t care. I don’t think I’ve worn a thing since o got pregnant with my now 5 year old.

@kiddosc: my thing, if you can tell I’m wearing underwear, sweet, because I am. Lol. I don’t understand why it’s an issue really because most people wear underwear. I wear leggings pretty much exclusively, but usually have a shirt that covers my butt. When I used to work in a school it was with little kids and I wore dress pants, but didn’t even pay attention to panty lines.

I went through 5 years of wearing thongs and now think they’re crazy uncomfortable. I exclusively wear aerie boy shorts because they’re super comfy and sometimes old maternity underwear.

I wear everything. Even go commando whenever I can.

I second Purpledaisy's response: It is pretty much thongs or commando for me. I do have a few tangas and boyshorts for during AF, though.

@kiddosc: @Mrs. Goose: I think the same. So what if you can tell I wear underwear? I have rejected a piece of clothing at the store from time to time for showing a lot more panty line than average, but that's the exception.

@Foodnerd81: I usually go commando in maxi dresses and in my gym wear. When I go commando with bottoms, I wash my pants after they are worn. If I want to forgo the washes (like wearing denim 3x before washing), I wear a [looser] thong/g-string. It doesn't cut into my rear, it makes life easier and laundry less plentiful. .

@Foodnerd81: I was sort of wondering about this, too! Do those of you who go commando or wear thongs not have discharge to deal with?

I have a whole variety of underwear in my collection, but bikinis/hipsters are my every day go-to. I work with elementary schoolers, and I think having a thong line would feel way more inappropriate around that crew than having traditional VPL.

@lady baltimore: exactly. Ever since first baby I could never go commando because of the discharge. It would’ve so gross.

Never liked thongs, never will!

I wear bikini's mostly and I ONLY like ones that are lace trimmed; they are softer IMO and feels better!
