We got Chinese delivery tonight...I had beef lo mein, cashew chicken and a yummy greasy roasted pork egg roll. It didn't get here until around 7:30, though, and I was doing E's bedtime routine and didn't get a plate until after 8...I was getting hangry!

I made shrimp and spinach fettuccine.

We had pesto chicken burgers, kettle chips and Caesar salad. It was delish!

They are a summer time staple in our house, so easy and so good. The only thing I do differently is add Havarti cheese the last few mins of BBQing.

rice, sweet potato, cucumbers, and pasta meat sauce for the kids last night. they both ate well.
tonight something korean like seaweed soup since my mom is visiting!

Chicken quesadillas with leftover beans and rice from the night before. Some type of takeout tonight, yay Friday!

Last night we went out for German. We were home with the girls because it was DD2's birthday. Friday night is takeout night and were grabbing food from wegmans after getting reminder items for her party tomorrow! And gotta pick up the cupcakes from the bakery.

DH's latest obsession is fish tacos! We had it two nights in a row b/c he made a huge batch of amazing fresh salsa!
