We had baked ranch cheddar chicken, roasted potatoes and carrots. Dd sucked the ranch off of everything and threw the rest on the floor

Korean short rib stew in the rice cooker... almost time to eat!

Dh had bacon and eggs and I had a pbj sandwich. I have a killer headache so no cooking.

I had French toast... Dh is working this evening so we had our main meal at lunch. It was sausage veggie soup.

DH is out of town for work so I made chicken and out it in a salad with some steamed veggies on top. DS had baked chicken and cucumbers with hummus. Mealtimes have been tough with him lately.

Cheddar crusted chicken, garlic brown rice & quinoa, steamed veggies... This was the first meal in a long time that DD actually loved! She's been so picky lately!

Campbell's tomato soup and grilled cheese with ham. Simple but gooooood. We use bread from a local bakery we love.

I just pulled some sirloin steaks out of the freezer (way to think ahead!)
We're having steak, rice, and broccoli, and sauteed asparagus for me!

Mexican. Guzman y Gomez (like Chipotle) has $5 burritos this week. Can't pass that up!

Last night we had leftovers (Skinnytaste turkey and black bean enchiladas). For tonight I have alphabet soup pot roast going in the crock pot right now...
