We're having large shell pasta with spinach, artichokes, mushrooms and chorizo in a very light cream sauce. E ate all of it!!

Chicken and mashed potatoes from the hospital cafeteria. My first solid food in over 48 hours! Yay!

I grilled some burgers with jalapeños, cheddar and bacon mixed in and corn on the cobb.

We had refrigerator challenge tonight and came up with roast chicken and frozen broccoli with cavatappi noodles (shapr matters!) and mozzarella on top. It was a hit!

Oven baked tilapia and onion rings....I could blame the first trimester but really, Alexia's onion rings are my jam

I made taco salad with ground turkey for Mr. Bee, and sauteed ground beef with onions and mushrooms for the kids, then wrapped it in seaweed with rice for the kids. I feed the kids beef, but Mr. Bee and I try not to eat red meat.

I had a hair cut and color after work, so was on my own for dinner AND I found Tillamook cheese for sale finally in the north east....so I ate a block of cheddar for dinner. Oh, and wine.
