Takeout from a really good downtown barbeque place! My brother will pick it up and bring it over, and then we'll reheat it for dinner. I can't wait. (this probably doesn't help you, though)

Spiral Sliced Ham in the crockpot
Pan Fried Brussel Sprouts

Roasted Carrots
Homemade Rolls (re-heat out of freezer/not made by me!)

Mini-cupcakes (leftover Guinness chocolate batter from St. Paddy's, with some kind of buttercream frosting, maybe with coconut to make bunnies?)

Ham (probably just ham steak because its our little family) with homemade glaze
Mashed potatoes
Green veg like green beans or asparagus
Hot rolls (maybe hot cross buns?)
We do a Resurrection Cake for dessert.

Peach and Riesling ham
Hot spinach salad with bacon dressing
Cheese puffs
Maybe carrots
And for dessert I'm thinking strawberry cake with cream cheese frosting but that's up for debate

If I were cooking, I would do either ham in a pastry crust or crepes filled with ham and cheese, smothered in béchamel and broiled in the oven.

Roasted Lamb Shoulder

With carrots and crispy potatoes. I also buy a few soufflés from Panera for appetizers because we loooove them and only eat them a few times a year because I'm too lazy to replicate them at home.
I think I'll either make lemon chess mini pies or a strawberry cake for dessert. Not sure which.

Still deciding, but I’m hosting my family of four, my parents, nil and sil, and dh’s Grandmother. So far I know:
Ham
Macaroni and cheese (Ina Garter recipe- so good)
Some green vegetable- maybe roasted Brussels sprouts, plus peas for my picky kids and dad
Rolls?
For dessert probably something lemony and strawberry shortcake. And I’ll probably ask sil to bring a starter plus have veggies and dip.

Always spiral ham and deviled eggs and yeast rolls, veggies vary from year to year.
