I'm hosting but planned to make sure there was something for both my picky 3 year old and picky father.
Ham
Macaroni and cheese (ina garden recipe)
Green beans
Honey glazed carrots
Mashed potatoes
Rolls
Salad
Desserts I think lemon bars and yellow cake with chocolate icing (mostly from box mixes because I have small children!).
For apps I'm just doing cheese and crackers and veggies and dip.
It's a lot for the number of people we have coming but this way I'll have lots of leftovers for the week!
