I just had them sitting around when I was making my acct after I got my bfp. I was working with young children at the time and had thrown a package of them on the coffee table. I would have put more thought into it but I honestly didn't expect to stay with hb so long!

When DH and I were engaged neither of us cared for the term "fiance/fiancee", so when he introduced me to people it would be as "The Future Mrs. McK-----". When I joined WB I decided to use it as my username and brought it over here.

DH was called Pappa Last name in college. While I didn't know him then when I was thinking of my name it came to me. Plus I always liked the Smurfs and had a Smurfette cup.

DH and I were long distance for several years and had to travel interstate 64 to get to each other. Miss 64 turned into kind of a nn and now Mrs. I promise I'm not 64 years old!

Bao (pronounced bay-oh, to us) is DH's nickname for me. He never calls me by my real name.

Mine is so dumb - I made it up without thinking much about it once when I wanted to post on WB.
78 is the year I was born, and h2o is because I LOVE the water. I was a swimmer in college, I love the beach, love to snorkel/scuba dive, etc. I am a water baby at heart!

I didn't want to use a handle that I've used elsewhere on the net, and I was feeling very uninspired. DH had bought me a huge case of peonies (my favorite flower) that were sitting on my desk right in front of me... I wish I could change it now because there are so many "purple___" user names and I could definitely come up with something more original, but oh well

@PurplePeony: I haven't noticed any other "Purple__" names other than your ma and mine!
Mine is because I was a major Sweet Valley Twins/High/University fan growing up. And in the Twins series there was The Unicorn Club where the members had to wear something purple everyday.
Also my favourite colour is purple and I have a unicorn tattoo <-- though this may have resulted due to my above reasoning! Tattoo is blue though.

When I join WB DH and I were traveling a lot. That year we were racking up and using airline miles like crazy so I chose Travellingfool- spelled the British way with 2 L's for no particular reason other than we'd just been in Scotland and Wales. Then I came here and changed it to Travellingbee.
