Probably 70/30, but that's only because he's out of the house way more for his job. When he's home, it's probably closer to 50/50 or 60/40 (60/40 because of the days he sometimes needs to nap).

@Anagram: This. We're pretty 50/50, but I do all the appointments and make sure they have everything they need for daycare/Preschool, so that's the only reason I'd say 55 me/45 him.

I'll be honest, having a 50/50 split with my husband isn't something I really strive to achieve...namely because we have my parents in the mix and they do a good 80% of the work during the week.
For example, my mom will make sure my son gets dressed, has breakfast, makes his lunch, drops him off at school, picks him up, takes him to his weekly speech appt (she has a lot of experience in this arena because of my younger brother's special needs), gives him a snack when he comes home, takes him to the library, dinner at least 2 nights a week....so when it comes down to the nightly bath, I have no problem overseeing it 7 nights a week, lol.

I'm a SAHM and nursing my almost one year old so I do the majority of the "parenting" the majority of the time but DH is awesome at tidying, cleaning the kitchen at night and doing lots of other helpful stuff so it works for us.
