Eggs Benedict or huevos rancheros!

Right now scrambled. But I want dippy eggs so bad. Can't wait until I pop this LO out and can eat runny yolk again!

Over easy on top of toast with chili. Or Eggs Benedict.

Over hard if I am ordering at a restaurant. If I am at home I like to scramble them or do an "egg in a basket" (where you fry the egg on a piece of bread". Yummm.

Scrambled or over easy with ketchup & hot sauce!

Hard boiled or scrambled

Love them anyway, but on a normal daily basis I microwave them with a splash of milk and feta cheese, nice and fluffy

@Rainbow Sprinkles: do you cook your veggies separately and then mix with scrambled eggs or cook together?

I love a broccoli and cheddar omelette. Or a bacon and spinach quiche!

I don't usually like eggs so I'm really picky about them

fried egg on a piece of buttered toast, drizzled with toasted sesame oil and liquid aminos topped with mashed avocado, salt and pepper

OR scrambled eggs mixed with honey goat cheese

Omelette with spinach, onions, mushrooms, and diced ham.

@sandy: I do both, but yesterday I cooked the vegetables separately (sauteed them in olive oil with salt, pepper, and garlic powder), and then added cooked scrambled eggs once the veggies were done. Then mixed it all together.

I think that I liked this way better, rather than cracking the raw eggs over the veggies and cooking them that way.

Poached. Mostly I eat them scrambled because it's easy.

Dippy. Or fried on a bagel with cheese. Or heuvos rancheros.
