I would love to do all of the shopping but I need to save some money. I think I'm starting to have little panic attacks so I need distractions.

I usually read and try to get lost in my own little world. I know that's not easy with a toddler though.
I also like to get out of the house and do fun activities with B. I tend to get easily distracted when we are at home. When we are out, I usually focus all my attention on B.

Reading, shopping, (I have definitely gone to target, splurged on Starbucks, and shopped and put things back as I went. Mainly "window" shopped or got a clearance item or one spot to make myself feel better)
I also can get sucked into cleaning/purging, organizing. Like overhauling the filing cabinet, purging my desk, kitchen cabinets, basement, closets etc

Buy a new book. Not pregnant, I'd throw myself into working out. Pregnant, I just tried to cook meals, bake things for gifts, write thank you notes to friends, anything to keep busy.

WINE. LoL.
Aside from that, Crossfit, running, yoga, binge watching shows, watching favorite movies, sewing and cooking.

Yoga. Or a playlist with 30 minutes to an hour of my favorite music. Belting out songs and dancing are a great distraction for me.

A good book, a familiar tv show, a walk with the dog, exercise of any kind, long talk with my mom, cooking

@bisous: I was just thinking about making a one hit wonders playlist.

@Mrs. Oatmeal: I like your strategy!
I usually read, the sillier the book, the better.

Listen to music while taking a walk. Download a trashy novel and read it all the way through. (Or read old favorites. I'm a huge re-reader.) Watch favorite movies. Buy snacks or fun food that I don't usually get to eat.

If not shopping then starting a new tv series on Netflix. I love getting sucked into new shows!

Get totally consumed binge watching some thing on netflix, take a walk listening to music, read a familiar favorite, call my sister, visit with a really fun friend, plan for my class, go on pinterest

Going for a walk! It really relieves my stress. I like to go unplanned and just wander through a lovely neighborhood, wander by the lake- anywhere! I try to go everyday but at least every other day. It is also a good time to talk.

I watched 4 episodes of Glee last night. Or a book usually helps too. Purging stuff around the house is also a good outlet.

Spending time enjoying my family helps a lot especially in summer. Picnics, beach trips, hiking or going to amusement parks. We also just do things like play games at home. I can really take up a lot of my brain by planning and cooking an elaborate meal or some sort of big project in the home. I love Susan Branch. Have you heard of her? She writes and illustrates these sweet little cookbooks that are full of fun quotes and crafts. They remind me what it's like to be a kid again. They are really wonderful. Sending you big hugs and lots of love. I have a lot of faith that things are going to turn out very good for you. Wish you didn't have to go through this.

Hugs! I agree with reading or watching TV or a movie. I need a good story to distract me.

@swedishfish: Getting sucked into a TV series on Netflix helps! Or shopping, of course. You could also learn to knit or sew... Learning something new distracts me.

Yoga, and Reading a good book. Oyster is doing 1 month free trial of unlimited downloads, and so is Amazon. They're like Netflix, but books. They have tons of bestsellers on there! I'm currently reading Beautiful Ruins, and it is great so far.

Watching crazy movies! I found iOrigins wonderfully distracting...although maybe it wouldn't be the best thing for panic?
