Do you have a scheduled family vacation? We don't have anything scheduled right now. We'd like to go away this winter on a snow/ ski vacation but don't have anything set up yet. T is 4.5 and likes to ski and though R will only be 2 he is really athletic so I think we'll try to get him on skis too

We're debating a trip to the Cape for Memorial Day. LO2 will be about 5 months old at that point...can't decide if that's a good time to go or terrible (would have been terrible for LO1, coming right off 4 month sleep regression).

@winniebee: as a former ski teacher I'll tell you that 2 might be difficult. The youngest student I had was 3 and it was TOUGH. That being said, she didn't want to be there so that didn't help.

We'll be traveling home for Christmas, that will be our first flight with F. Then in probably June we'll go on my family's annual Outer Banks trip. I can't wait to bring my son to one of my favorite places! We've been going since I was a baby, and I think my parents are so excited to have a little one at the beach again.

We are going to Europe in March or April when I'll be 6 or 7 months pregnant. My daughter will be two years old. We're still trying to decide where exactly to go. It'll be my husband's first real vacation in 10 years! I've been on a couple of girls trips in that time, but he hasn't really taken time off work to relax in forever!

We just got back from a vacation, and now waiting for LO3 arrival in December. So the next trip will be skiing for a week in February. I can't wait! DD1 (4.5y) will ski most days (since she can easily do ski school or ski greens & blues with us), and we will probably try to get DD2 (2y) on skis a couple times too. Grandparents will be travelling with us, and some friends with their kids will be out there for part of the week as well.

We're going to France during the holidays, but I don't really consider that to be a vacation since it's to visit family. We're still looking for a vacation over the February winter break.

Disney World in January - - and then I'm trying to set someone up for March, but not sure yet what that will be. All I know is it will be to somewhere warm!

@Iced Tea: We were just in Tuscany this summer and it was super relaxing and very child friendly. We stayed in a rental villa for about 5 days and then an apartment right in the heart of Florence for another week. High recommend.

No real vacations scheduled. DD and I have one, maybe two, trips planned to Portland in the next few months. DH and I have a trip to Bar Harbor in the spring for a wedding.
Hoping for a real family vacation next spring or summer. Depends on DH's back injury, unfortunately.

@winniebee: I'm down in MA, just outside of Worcester, but all of our family is in the Portland area. I go up a lot of weekends because DH is always at work. We're hoping to move back in the next 1-2 years.
I think my DD and your second son are the same age! Have any meetups happened up there? We would definitely go to one if it happened.

We are headed to Florida in March. I've been going with DD alone for the past few years to visit my dad. This year DH and the new baby are coming too!

Still up in the air! DH wants to ttc right now, but I want to take a family vacation first. 5 year anniversary is in March, LO turns 2 in May, and I turn 30 in June. I'd like to do something big within Mar-Jun, and I had hyperemesis the first go around. Don't want to be throwing up on vacation! So, if not pregnant, maybe a Disney cruise.
