I'm EP-ing for my 1 week old and just wondering how long it takes for your boobs to stop feeling so full and sore all the time?
I breastfed my first daughter but really don't remember!

I can't remember well but I think at 3 months I was able to feel normal in between feeds? But it got better long before that.

For me, it was forever....I me am, the first few weeks were he worst, but even at 6 months my boobs would tell me it's time to pump, stat.

I felt normal between feeds around 6 weeks. Now I'm 4m PP and starting to feel engorged between feeds again!
