DD 1 went to daycare at 2 months. I begged my mom to stay till then because I just couldn't put her in at 6 weeks. If my mom couldn't stay I would've taken unpaid time off.
DD 2 will be starting daycare part time next week at 14 weeks. I'm really bummed about it! Partly because it's for a temp job so it's not even like this is the permanent situation. I hate disrupting our routine only to change it again in two months.

My son has had a nanny since 6.5 months, until I finish up this term in a week (8.5 months). She is a family friend who has been living with us so its an AMAZING situation. Next year in Jan when I start back up again, he will be in daycare 5 days/week and will be 10 months. I'm dreading it even though I know its what's best for all of us.

It'll be 5 months part-time (1-2 days a week while I'm in school) & then full time when he's 13 months old.

DS started part time at 18 months, he is 2 now. DD will also start part time at 18 months when I go back to school.

13 weeks. Wasn't a huge deal for me, honestly.....I felt good about our daycare

21 months, but i think i would have been okay since 18 months, we were just waiting for a spot and got another nanny for the summer.

He doesn't go to daycare, but I went back to work and my mom started watching him at 8 weeks.

For DS, I went back to work at 12 weeks, so starting then until he was 15 months old it was a combo of grandma care and me, as I WAH part-time. When he was 15 months I had DD, stayed home with them until DD was 13 months and DS was 28 months. That is when they started daycare 2 days a week.

DD started at 5 months. It would've been 3 months but she we had moved and I hadn't found a job yet. Plus she was colicky and refusing bottles, so I didn't feel like I could put her in daycare yet.
LO2 might be at 3 months. We'll see.

DD has had a part time babysitter since she was 4 months. She will start half day daycare just after 13 months.
