I had a c/s on 9.2 and stopped bleeding by the following Wednesday.
Yesterday, after nursing the baby, I noticed dark brown spotting. It gradually increased to a small gush last night while pumping, then tapered off again.
Is this a concern?

I don't think so. The nursing causes your uterus to contract. I delivered vaginally but had this same experience. It also happens like that when I am on my period.

Same as pp. my discharge info said to call if passing clots egg sized or larger.

I bled sporadically for six weeks after my c-section. If have days without and then days with big clotty grossness. It seemed to correlate with pushing myself too much.

I'd just take it easy. I bled more and less for 6 weeks after my c section then had random spotting two weeks later.
