…How long do you wait until you go get them?
Lately my LO will just hang out in his crib and not cry or make any noise. I usually try and keep him in there for an hour from the time he goes sleep.
Really makes me wonder if he does this at night and I have no idea!

Right away for LO 2. She cries when she wakes up.
LO 1 will talk and sing for a bit!

He used to play quietly, and I'd leave him until he called out or cried. Now he wakes up screaming bloody murder, so…right away.

My oldest used to happily play and sing for up to an hour. My youngest will call for me right away. He'll call while still lying in the same position as when he opened his eyes. Sometimes he'll cry in the same position while calling out for me.

Until he starts calling insistently for me. I try to keep him in the crib at least 2 hours.
