I'm due January 13th. Should my shower be in November? Or October? Or December?? Thoughts? I'm clueless.

I would probably do mid-November. You could also do it the weekend after Thanksgiving if you have friends/family that live out of town but will be in town for Thanksgiving, that way they only have to travel once. If that's not the case then I'd probably have it a week or two before then.

Most people have their showers only a month or two before baby is due but with the holidays and such earlier might not be a bad idea. My friends could only make an early shower so mine was held when I was 28 weeks! Usually a friend or relative will spearhead it for you!

I agree that you should do it in November before Thanksgiving. It's a little early, but for me, the week of Thanksgiving to January 1st is crazy busy, so I would want to do it before that.

I'm due 1/1 and my showers will be 11/16 and 11/29 (with family). I agree with mid-November.

I was due the same time two years ago. I had one at 28 weeks and another at 32 weeks. I didn't want to do close to Thanksgiving or in December due to holiday parties. It worked well. My bump was a good size, I felt good, lots of people could come, and I had time for exchanges, returns and taking advantage of Black Friday sales to fill in my registry blanks.

My due date was Jan 15th! I would do 1st or 2nd week of November. Lots of holiday parties and gift exchanges happen between Thanksgiving through Christmas. And I wouldn't want to risk hitting too close to your due date.
