We had one at a restaurant in a closed off room and MIL threw us one in the auditorium of a church/school.

Aunt's house, friend of my mom's house, and a pavilion in a park. The park actually turned out the nicest, though I was worried it would be too hot. Anything outdoors even in early summer is a risk in the South. I plan to host a baby celebration this time, and will likely just have it at our house.

One will be in a pavilion, and one will be in a friend's backyard (she lives right beside a lake with a gorgeous gazebo in her yard.)

My in-law's house! They had just moved and the basement is pretty much another apartment but there wasn't furniture so we had tons of space!

My house, it was a central location for guests and can hold 30, and the price is right.

Haven't had it yet, but I'm guessing it will either be at my IL's house, or at a restaurant. Most likely, IL's house.

This is still up for debate amongst the women in my family planning it. Some want it to be in a restaurant and some want it to be at my mom's house. The restaurant would be more centrally located and they'd take care of all the cleaning, set-up, etc., but at my mom's we could be there are long as we like and have a lot more freedom with what we do to the space, what food we have, etc.
