I'd really, really love to hear your opinion on these 3. Which tile do you like more vs. which tile is more timeless?

This kitchen backsplash will be placed along a wall that's sandwiched by windows, so on a good day, there'll be a lot of natural lighting. It'll be paired with a dark countertop (either black or dark gray) and white cabinets.
